Subscriptions
Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
My plan doesn't fit my gym's equipment. Tell the coach in the Coach tab — station work substitutes automatically based on the equipment you selected, and you can change equipment anytime.
GPS isn't tracking my runs. RaceRox asks for location permission the first time you reach an outdoor run step. If you declined it, enable it in iOS Settings → RaceRox → Location.
How is my race prediction calculated? From your profile, logged benchmarks, GPS-measured training paces and simulation results — it sharpens as you train. Ask the coach "How did you get my prediction?"
